The Enviroli stainless steel washing up bowl replaces plastic washing up bowls.
The washing up bowl is made from 304 grade stainless steel.
Up until now, the only alternative to a plastic washing up bowl was to not use a washing up bowl, which isn't ideal for everyone and can contribute to water wastage. While plastic washing up bowls may seem like a logical solution as they are technically seen as being not single use plastic, they are easily damaged and discolour. They are also a health problem as they can become grimy, even with periodic cleaning and provide the perfect environment for bacteria to breed and therefore, should be replaced frequently. However, discarding a plastic washing up bowl is problematic, unfortunately, they’re not easy to recycle and most end up in landfill. That's where the plastic free stainless steel washing up bowl is different. It's made entirely from stainless steel, so is incredibly hygienic, easy to clean, won't become grimy and slimy and it's built to last. As it’s made from stainless steel, it's 100% recyclable and doesn't contribute to the plastic pollution problem that the planet is increasingly facing.
The washing up bowl is packaging free, but may be wrapped in recycled paper to prevent damage while it’s on its way to you.
The washing up bowl is built to last, but if you do need to dispose of it, it's 100% recyclable and should be taken to your household recycling centre.
