The plastic free holly Christmas crackers replace crackers that contain plastic gifts and are packaged in plastic.
The crackers and gifts are made from recyclable card. The hats and mottos are made from recyclable paper.
The amount of unnecessary plastic that is used at Christmas is staggering, with an estimated 35,877 tonnes of plastic being wasted each Christmas in the UK alone. With their cheap plastic toys and unnecessary packaging, crackers have always added to that waste. That's where these plastic free Christmas crackers are different. We have done extensive research into different delivery companies and have found Royal Mail, Parcelforce Worldwide (a part of the Royal Mail Group), GLS (also a part of the Royal Mail Group) and in select areas, DHL to be the most cost effective, reliable and environmentally friendly. We constantly review our delivery options to ensure what we offer continues to be cost effective for our customers, whilst remaining true to our environmental values.
