Designed to last and not for trash!
The Reusable Cleaning Spray Bottle from neat has a durable aluminium body and an industrial quality trigger spray head. It may be light weight, but it sure is heavy duty and is designed to stand the test of time. The silicone foot adds stability, durability and prevents the bottle from scratching any surfaces you place it on.
The neat Reusable Cleaning Spray Bottle is designed to be used with the range of neat Concentrated Cleaning Refills (although it’s perfect to use with other brands of cleaners too!).
The Bottle should be cleaned between refills. To clean the Bottle once empty, simply remove the trigger and rinse with tap water. Fill the Bottle up with clean water, attach the spray nozzle and spray until the nozzle and tube are clean. Empty the Bottle and you’re ready to refill!
We know how difficult it can be to tell how much of an impact what you are buying has on the environment, and what effect switching to a more sustainable product has, so we have found out and compiled all of this information for you below.
The neat Reusable Cleaning Spray Bottle replaces spray bottles that are made from plastic.
The Bottle is made from aluminium and has a silicone foot. The trigger head is made from plastic, but is heavy duty and designed to last much longer than standard domestic trigger heads.
Did you know that ordinary cleaning products bought from the supermarket are "pre-mixed" and contain over 90% water? That adds a lot of weight and size to the cleaning products available in supermarkets, which means more lorries are needed to transport them, contributing to higher carbon emissions. The thing is, you have water readily available at home, so it seems rather pointless transporting all that water around in the cleaning products. Not only that, cleaning products from the supermarket are packaged in plastic bottles, which just contributes to the plastic waste that pollutes the planet and its oceans.
Neat Cleaning Refills are different. They contain a highly concentrated cleaning solution with most of the water removed, resulting in a far lighter and smaller product to transport. Plus, they aren't packaged in plastic, so by using the range of neat Refills you can remove several single use plastic bottles from your household, and the aluminium Bottle will far outlive any plastic counterpart.
The neat Bottle is 100% packaging free.
The Bottle is incredibly hard wearing and designed to last, however, if you do need to dispose of it, the bottle itself is 100% recyclable and can be placed in with your household recycling. The trigger head and silicone foot are more difficult to recycle, but there are schemes such as TerraCycle where these can be recycled.
