We’ll price match any product we sell, against any other retailer. We’ll even match those all-important sales periods and here’s what you need to do to get the best price:
- Send us an email at email@example.com or speak to us on our Live Chat Service (9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday)
- Let our friendly and helpful team know the SKU of the product on our website that you’ll like to price match
- Let our friendly and helpful team know where you saw the cheaper price
That’s it. We’ll need to confirm the price of the products, so make sure you’ve got a link to the products to hand. The whole thing should only take a few minutes and you’ll save some money too.
What if I’ve already bought my product?
The savings don’t just stop there. If the price of your product changes on our website or you see it cheaper with another retailer within seven (7) days of you receiving your order, let us know through our Live Chat Service (9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday) and we’ll happily refund the difference.
The Important Information
There’s no confusing information here, just simple to understand information.
- We match against the total cost of our competitor’s product
- We only price match against websites from retailers in the United Kingdom (excluding the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man)
- The product on our competitor’s website needs to be exactly the same as the one on our website
- The product must be in stock with the competitor and available for delivery within 10 working days
- We do not price match against any auction websites or marketplaces (for example, but not limited to; eBay, Amazon, Etsy)
- We do not price match against any delivery costs on our competitor’s website
