Primal Suds Shampoo Bars are handmade in Southampton by Andrew and Jen using 100% natural, cruelty free, Vegan ingredients. They contain no SLS, palm oil or synthetic chemicals, meaning that they are kind to your hair, skin and the planet. The Head Cave Shamsmoo Shampoo has been specifically designed for oily hair. It contains Citrus Oils, which not only give it a nice citrusy smell, but also cuts through grease. Added Rice Milk and Rice Powder enrich and nourish your hair, helping to strengthen it over time.
As with all natural shampoo bars, you may experience a ‘transition period’ when switching from conventional mass produced shampoos. This is because your hair is used to all of the synthetic chemicals that are in conventional shampoos, which strip your hair of everything – including the healthy natural oils. During the transition period, your hair and scalp is trying to rid itself of the synthetic chemicals and revert back to its natural, balanced state. Your hair may feel oily, waxy or sticky, and you may feel like the shampoo just isn’t working. Don’t despair, this is totally normal and will last anywhere from a week or so up to a couple of months, everybody is different. It’s definitely worth it though, once you have got through the transition period your hair and scalp will be looking and feeling so much healthier than with conventional shampoos!

We have done extensive research into different delivery companies and have found Royal Mail, Parcelforce Worldwide (a part of the Royal Mail Group), GLS (also a part of the Royal Mail Group) and in select areas, DHL to be the most cost effective, reliable and environmentally friendly. We constantly review our delivery options to ensure what we offer continues to be cost effective for our customers, whilst remaining true to our environmental values.
