The Regular Box contains 18 Non-Applicator Tampons and they’re designed for a Light to Medium flow of around 6ml to 9ml, the Super Box contains 18 Non-Applicator Tampons and they’re designed for a Medium to Heavy flow of around 9ml to 12ml, and the Super Plus Box contains 15 Non-Applicator Tampons and they’re designed for a Heavy flow of around 12ml to 15ml, helping ensure you have the correct product for your level of flow.

Grace & Green’s Organic Cotton Tampons are 100% Certified Organic Cotton made from sustainably sourced, natural, plant-based materials. As they are made with no toxic chemicals, synthetics or unnecessary materials, the tampons are highly effective at absorption, while allowing your skin to able to breathe and stay dry and is clinically proven to be non-irritating and suitable for sensitive skin.
Each tampon has a security veil on them, which helps stop fibres coming off in the vaginal wall and are individually wrapped in recycled paper to help keep the tampons clean before use.

Grace & Green’s Organic Tampons replace conventional tampons which are frequently made from rayon, non-organic cotton, and plastic.
Grace & Green’s Tampons are made from Organic Cotton and are certified by ICEA NR. Certificate: GOTS 2010-009. Produced for Grace & Green by TES-123 in Europe.
Conventional tampons frequently contain rayon, non-organic cotton, and plastic. The rayon fibre is made from cellulose and is chemically converted from wood pulp. The production of this material is dangerous but wearing it can also be as equally dangerous, rayon fabric can emit toxic substances that have been known to cause nausea, headaches, vomiting, chest and muscle pain, and insomnia. As 16% of the world's insecticides and 7% of pesticides is used on conventional non-organic cotton production, these chemicals are not only leached into the environment but also women's most intimate area. Unlike many conventional products on the market, Grace & Green Organic Cotton Tampons do not contain rayon or plastic, they do not test their products on animals, they contain no harmful chemicals like insecticides, pesticides or bleach, and contain no fragrances or perfumes.
Grace & Green’s Organic Tampons are individually wrapped in recycled paper in a cardboard box.
As the tampons are made from plant-based materials, these can be placed in your compost bin. We recommend that you have a separate compost bin for your menstrual products that you do not use to fertilise any edible plants. If you prefer not to compost your tampons, you can place these in your normal household waste bin. If you are in a toilet where there are no sanitary bins, you can roll the tampon in some toilet tissue and dispose of this in a normal waste bin.

We have done extensive research into different delivery companies and have found Royal Mail, Parcelforce Worldwide (a part of the Royal Mail Group), GLS (also a part of the Royal Mail Group) and in select areas, DHL to be the most cost effective, reliable and environmentally friendly. We constantly review our delivery options to ensure what we offer continues to be cost effective for our customers, whilst remaining true to our environmental values.
