The Patchouli and Sandalwood Soap Bar from Friendly Soap is handmade in Yorkshire using the traditional cold process method. Friendly Soap carefully select their ingredients to ensure their soaps only contain the most gentle and skin loving oils and butters. The Soap Bar produces a rich, creamy and velvety lather that is gentle and nourishing for your skin.
The blend of patchouli and sandalwood essential oils provides the Soap Bar with antibacterial properties and helps to maintain great skin, whilst a rich trio of oils keeps you marvellously moisturised.
Friendly Soap pride themselves on putting ethics before profits, and these values are at the heart of everything they do. All of their soaps are cruelty free, and ‘Leaping Bunny’ approved by Cruelty Free International. They are accredited as Vegan friendly by The Vegan Society, and carry the Ethical Consumer Best Buy Label. Their eco credentials even go as far as only using olive oil from a company that guarantees not to use the super-intensive, night-time harvesting methods that leads to a great number of bird deaths! They really have considered every aspect of their business and supply chain to ensure that they operate as ethically and eco-friendly as possible.

Friendly Soap's Handmade Soap Bars replace liquid soaps and shower gels that are contained in plastic bottles and bars of soap that are wrapped in plastic. They are also a replacement for soaps that contain palm oil and chemicals such as parabens and SLS, and soaps which are made from animal derived ingredients.
Friendly Soap only use natural ingredients in their soap bars. The Cinnamon and Cedarwood Soap Bar contains: Sodium Cocoate, Sodium Olivate, Aqua, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Pogostemon Cablin (Patchouli) Leaf Oil, Santalum Album (Sandalwood) Wood Powder. The Handmade Soap from Friendly Soap on the other hand is completely plastic free, contains only natural ingredients and is 100% palm oil free.

We have done extensive research into different delivery companies and have found Royal Mail, Parcelforce Worldwide (a part of the Royal Mail Group), GLS (also a part of the Royal Mail Group) and in select areas, DHL to be the most cost effective, reliable and environmentally friendly. We constantly review our delivery options to ensure what we offer continues to be cost effective for our customers, whilst remaining true to our environmental values.
