The Lavender and Geranium Conditioner Bar from Friendly Soap is handmade in Yorkshire using carefully selected ingredients. The bar produces charged particles that leave your hair softer to touch, simpler to manage and even more sensational to look at.
The lavender and geranium essential oils give the Conditioner Bar a lovely floral scent that helps to promote relaxation.
Friendly Soap pride themselves on putting ethics before profits, and these values are at the heart of everything they do. All of their soaps are cruelty free, and ‘Leaping Bunny’ approved by Cruelty Free International. They are accredited as Vegan friendly by The Vegan Society, and carry the Ethical Consumer Best Buy Label. Their eco credentials even go as far as only using olive oil from a company that guarantees not to use the super-intensive, night-time harvesting methods that leads to a great number of bird deaths! They really have considered every aspect of their business and supply chain to ensure that they operate as ethically and eco-friendly as possible.
Please note, one of the ingredients in the Conditioner Bar is cetyl alcohol which is 100% naturally derived, petrochemical free, vegan friendly, renewable and skin safe. However it is, unfortunately, RSPO palm oil derived. RSPO palm oil is sustainable, but Friendly Soap are actively looking for an alternative as quickly as possible.
How to Use
The Conditioner Bar is easy to use as a solid. Simply use your hands and warm water to create a creamy paste and tease through your hair with your fingers. The Conditioner Bar can also be used to create a liquid conditioner by mixing it with 600ml of boiling water until dissolved, allowing the mixture to cool and pouring into a sterile recycled bottle of your choice. To keep the liquid conditioner fresh, use it up within 7-10 days. If smaller amounts are preferred then simply divide the bar and water amounts accordingly.

Friendly Soap only use natural ingredients in their conditioner bars. The Lavender and Geranium Conditioner Bar contains: Theobroma Cacao (Cocoa) Seed Butter, Ricinus Communis (Castor) Seed Oil, Behentrimonium Methosulfate, Cetyl Alcohol (RSPO Palm Oil Derived), Butylene Glycol, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Pelargonium Graveolens (Rose Geranium) Leaf Oil, Citronellol*, Geraniol*, Linalool*. *Naturally occurring components in essential oils It is important to note that the Cetyl Alcohol in the Conditioner Bar is derived from RSPO palm oil. This palm oil is produced in a sustainable manner that is overseen by the Round Table for Sustainable Palm Oil. Friendly Soap is actively seeking a palm oil free alternative to this ingredient. Conventional liquid conditioners are packaged in single use plastic.
