Faith in Nature Shampoo Bars replace liquid shampoo contained in plastic bottles. They are also a replacement for shampoos that contain chemicals such as parabens and SLS, and shampoos which are made from animal derived ingredients.

Faith in Nature only use natural ingredients in their shampoo bars. We do need to note that although Faith in Nature don't directly add palm oil to their soaps, some of the ingredients are manufactured with palm oil as the base – however, this is always sustainable certified palm oil from properly managed and sustainable sources, which cause no concern to animal life, sourced from suppliers who are signed up to the Round Table for Sustainable Palm Oil.
